In a resounding victory for Stephanie Lewis Judge Townes, the Eastern District of New York, found that there were overwhelming evidence that the TA discriminated against Ms. Lewis, Harassed her and treated her with disparity, retaliated against her, violated her freedom of religion and her First Amendment Rights and Unlawfully dismissed her.
