• Medi-Tech International Corporation v. JQ American Corporation et al. – Represented an import export company in a breach of contract claim
• Intertrama v Megasystem et al. – Represented successfully recovered on behalf of our client in a commercial transaction dispute under UCC Article (2) for breach of contract
• Hannityand Colmes.com v. Osama Abdellah, et al. – Represented Defendant against intellectual infringement claim filed with WIPO in Geneva.
• Chisolm, et al. v. R&L’S General Contractor, Corp., et al. – Represented a Plaintiff in a breach of contract claim against commercial contractors. Obtained a $372,000 judgment in favor of Plaintiffs.
