Omar T. Mohammedi, Esq.

Managing Partner

Omar T. Mohammedi is the founder and managing partner of the Law Firm of Omar T. Mohammedi, LLC, established in 1998. Omar Mohammedi’s previous experience includes working at Shearman & Sterling, LLP and Anderson Kill & Olick, PC. Mr. Mohammedi is licensed to practice before the New York State Courts, the Second Circuit, the Eighth Circuit, the Eastern District of New York, Southern District of New York and the Court of International Trade.

Ally Hack, Esq.

Of Counsel

Ally has extensive experience in all aspects of complex civil and commercial litigation, and has litigated in both federal and state courts. While not exclusively, he has particular experience in the real estate context, including commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, as well as cooperative and condominium matters, and generally handles cases from inception through conclusion. Ally advises a wide variety of real estate clients, including developers, building owners, tenants, and purchasers and sellers of real property.

Ahsen Janjua, Esq.

Of Counsel

Ahsen works closely with individuals and high net worth family offices to tailor wealth planning. His knowledge of estate tax considerations at both the state and federal levels allows him to anticipate and proactively incorporate tax savings provisions for his clients while keeping in mind their personal and financial aspirations. Ahsen’s work in this regard has included the establishment of various wills and trusts and representing institutions organizing endowments and private foundations. As a trusted advisor to his corporate clients, Ahsen also designs comprehensive succession planning strategies to protect economic interests and maintain operational excellence during transition.

Frederick J Goetz, Esq.

Of Counsel

Frederick is a seasoned litigator. In his over 30 years of practice he has successfully defended those accused of crimes including fraud, bribery, trademark and copyright infringement, murder, narcotics crimes, sexual assault and misconduct offenses, as well as many other offenses. He also has helped vindicate the civil rights of numerous citizens who have suffered violations of their constitutional rights by government officials including police officers and corrections staff. He also has helped personal injury victims obtain millions of dollars in recoveries.

Frederick is a past-president of the Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Fredrick and his family live in Minneapolis.

Mustapha Ndanusa, Esq.

Of Counsel

Mustapha Ndanusa is a litigation attorney with over ten years of State and Federal litigation experience. Mr. Ndanusa began his career with MFY Legal Services, a not-for-profit organization, where he enhanced his litigation and advocacy skills.

Mr. Ndanusa has extensive experience in federal and state trial advocacy. His experience is in criminal law, civil litigation, including civil rights, employment and commercial law. Among his many cases, Mr. Ndanusa has represented religious leaders, recovered winnings for persons wrongfully accused by the police, settled cases where the trial would have cost clients unnecessary expenses. Mr. Ndanusa also has experience with immigration law and employment litigation.
