The guest speaker, professor Omar Mohammedi, teaches at Fordham Law and has experience practicing in the area of Islamic finance and Islamic estate planning. He has also served as counsel for several high profile cases revolving around religious freedom and discrimination. Professor Mohammedi will be speaking on his practical experience and the contributions that Islamic Finance has made to the world financial system.
