Frederick Goetz, Esq. serves as co-counsel to OTMLAW in its 9/11 litigation before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. With more than 30 years of litigation experience, Frederick brings extensive experience in complex criminal defense, civil-rights litigation, and high-stakes legal matters. Throughout his career, he has successfully defended individuals facing serious allegations, including fraud, bribery, murder, narcotics offenses, sexual assault, trademark and copyright infringement, and other criminal charges. Mr. Goetz’s extensive courtroom experience, commitment to civil rights, and background in complex litigation provide valuable support to OTMLAW in its ongoing 9/11 litigation.
